Step 1 :

Determine the article topic, you can ask yourself what do you want to write about ?

Anyone has an idea, so he/she can start writing according to this idea. If you have to, then brainstorm. In my opinion the random topics is the first step to write an stupid article. You may ask me this question ” i can’t get a unique idea what can i do ? ” i will answer you ” there is no unique idea but there is a unique technique ” your style will be your fingerprint. Did you read before an article in some newspapers or websites and you guessed the writer ? I’m sure that you did this before even for one time. I’m writing now about this topic ” writing articles” and you will write about the same idea but your article is better then mine. Much people liked your article but mine NOT ! this depends on the style and way that both of us establishing the “same” idea.

Step 2 :

You target audience, you must know your reader ” audience “, know their interests and how they read your words. Also the level of the audience is an important thing, if they are beginners, newbies, professional or not his or that. It will makes you choose the suitable words they could understand and know how much your article is valuable. We can count the age as an effective tool in article writing ( writing an article for kids isn’t the same as writing one for older people ) the language is different and the words too, so before writing the article figure out who your audience is.

Step 3 :

Studying and researching, Before writing about some topics you must read more about such topics for example if you want to write an article about H5N1 you must read about this virus and know the basic information about this virus to write a useful article, but if you didn’t do this the reader will not find any useful information about this topic in your website or your newspaper. You can as the experts about the topics you don’t have much information about, so you must do your research.

Step 4 :

The limitation, If the article is short you must choose the deep and direct words to avoid the limitation ” we are doing it in facebook comments and status “. You want to send some information to the audience, so the article length will affect on your words and expression. You writing an article in a journal so you have a limited space, I think that you got my idea now.

Step 5 :

Your sources, did you log into Wiki ” Wikipedia ” before? if yes then did you see the source at the bottom of the pages? this what i mean by your sources.

You can add documents, articles, links or the people who told you this information.

Step 6 :

The article summary, some add the summary at the end of the article, but some used to put it as intro. The summary makes the visitor ” reader ” get some information about the coming words, so after reading the article the reader will ready ” prepared ” to read the article itself.

Step 7 :

The lessons learned, Why the reader read your article? you answer !

in this part you will tell them at the end of every section some notes about the paragraph you wrote, so the reader will know the summa. Also you can add some words to make the reader pay attention to some important part. This part will link the summary with your article parts.

Step 8 :

Checking and reviewing, do you prefer that the reader discover your faults ? I don’t think so. All writers must review their articles to discover the misspelled words and some basic grammar mistakes. You will not write a poetry, but such mistakes discreases the vaule of the article, I will give you an exaple ( when i write an article about money making i don’t need to make my article 100% gramatically true and not stupid gramatically but middle because my audience will look at the content ) the same with the poetry but if different way ( the audience will look at the content beside the grammar ). We should remove the unnecessary or contradictory information ” words”, and read the article more than one time ( put yourself instead of the reader ) and you will discover the mistakes i mentioned easy.

Step 9 :

Quotation and rewriting, when you put a quotation inside your article don’t edit the words, so write it as you copied it. The same if you you planing to rewrite an article rewrite it as the original writer wrote it. We called it the honor of writing ( BTW: this gives your article more credibility ).

Step 10 :

Submitting and Finishing, the last step is submitting the article and put the last touch ( the comma and the marks ..etc ), also check the time before submitting the article if the article is talking about something or a period of time ( event ). My last word is ” Writing an article is an excellent creativity “.

I gave you some general information and tips in article writing. The tips here is flexible so don’t stick into all of them ie. your article may don’t has any quotation, rewriting, lessons to learn, sources and limitation ” here in my blog i don’t have a limit “.

The easy way to create a Google Sitemap and enhance your websites rank.

Steps

1. Sign in to Google webmaster tools with your Google account at WWW.Google.com/webmasters/sitemaps . If you don’t have a Google account, you will need to create one.
2. Add your site to your webmaster tools account.
3. Verify your site, either by creating a blank HTML file with a certain name (generated by Google), or by inserting a specific meta tag in you site index.
4. Go to http://www.auditmypc.com/web-master-tools.asp .
5. Click on the Webmaster Tool button.
6. Enter you site name and URL.
7. Hit the play button in the bottom-left corner.
8. Click on the Sitemap tab.
9. Wait until all the files have finished loading, then select the one which location is the root of your website.
10. Click on the Save Sitemap button, then on the pop-up menu that comes up, click on Google Sitemap.
11. Save the file to you sites directory (or just anywhere if you don’t have one).
12. Upload the file to your web server at the highest publicly available directory (normally “WWW” or “public_HTML”).
13. Go back to Google’s webmaster tools, and click on the Sitemaps tab.
14. Click “Add a Sitemap”.
15. Select General Web Sitemap on the drop down list.
16. Enter the URL of you sitemap. Eg. http://www.mysite.com/sitemap.xml
17. Click on Add Web Sitemap.
18. That’s it! It can take up to a couple of days for Google to download your new sitemap.

Tips

• It’s a good idea to check your site for broken link before you make a sitemap. You can do this online here: http://validator.w3.org/checklink

Warnings

• Make sure you haven’t linked to any admin or password protected pages in your site. If you have, they will be included in the sitemap, so make sure you get rid of them first.

from the last words you will discover that this service will make your site famous in few minutes but remember this service is not cheap but it is effective way.  marketers use it much  ( for landing page, affiliate ..etc ) and webmasters use it for them sites which belong to rare niche. in Google Adwords you can choose which country you want your visitors comes from so you control it ” it is great way to get targeted traffic ” , sure the price depends on the country ( USA, Canada not have same price as Bulgaria, Brazil or India ). also you can choose the keywords that you like your visitors interested in for example you choose money niche as a keyword and someone search for money in Google or in other site in Google network then your site will appear in the top of the results as featured result.

you will pay only for the visitor which comes to your site so forget banner ads system ” pay per view, CPM or ptp “, you can control the visitor price but you should know that if you pay much, your ad will appear more than the other competitive ads so you get the visitors faster ” high CTR “. you just need to give them your daily budge and they will spend this budge till it finished so the ads will stop running for this day ” and continue next day “. this service used by big companies and famous service companies so be sure that you have the money to make your ads appear beside the other companies ads.

The annoy way popup and popunder ( pop up and pop under ) :

i named it as annoy way and i’m sure you know why i do this ! but it become one of the sources of traffic it don’t cost you much as Adwords but it isn’t effective as Adwords because the visitor may not be interested in your site ( the po-pup or pop-under appears in sports pages and your niche is money ! ) but there is some companies say we offer targeted traffic. also this way can cause some troubles with your running ads like Adsense. this way can be good if your site niche is featured so the visitor can leave this pop-up or pop-under running but if not you shouldn’t try it because the visitor will simply click X and close your site. for me i like pop-under more than pop-up because the visitor maybe not know about it and not pay much attention about the opened page, then he/she discover it after he close the browser. browser developers now try to make more tools to avoid pop-up and pop-under ads , they try too in ads blocker.

buy links and banners in big and famous sites :

this way is great, but you need a good banner ” animated , not animated or flash ” so you can buy space on this big sites , some sites don’t accept animated and flash ads so ask them before apply . imagine that your banners appears in digg, wikipedia, yahoo or such kind of sites, you will gain much traffic ” i think this traffic source will explode your server ” you will pay much but you will gain much . i make yahoo, digg as example this not mean that you have to buy ads in this places but you can try sites have low prices, not important if it is famous as this sites but the important it bring you the targeted traffic.be careful from fake ranking because some webmasters use bad tactics as black hat SEO or fake pr ( page rank ) so try to choose the trusted sites and check if the rank is real or not. this happen much in forums because there is much cheating hacks which make the forum have million visitor and 10 million user inline + 50 million thread !

in usergroups you can edit every moderator , but i give you this way to apply it once and forget about his problem.

1- login into your admin control panel .

2- go to Styles & Templates

3- searching in templates ” sure choose the template you use to edit it .

4- Search for this SHOWTHREAD and don’t forget to check searching only for titles or addresses

5- Open SHOWTHREAD and please take a backup for this file then you can get it back if something wrong happened.

6- search for next code

So i give you this short points to gain some traffic and much backlinks for free even the others copy and past your posts into other places like forums and blogs. then you don’t have to worry about your exclusive content and photos ” much internet users copy your photos and use it as they like ! ” .

first of all you should stop use free images hosting sites if you want to spread your blog/forum.

1- upload your images on your own server this will be good if someone copy this post or image into another place because it will be your image and your link also it will not take much time to upload it and it make your site gain the visitor respect ” you will keep your image forever ” and will not watch the message which say ” the file you searching for is deleted by the user or removed by the admin ” it will wast some bandwidth but better to do it .

2- use watermark on your images, this will force the person who break the copyrights to spread your site and if you used your logo on this image it will be great because internet users will remember your logo , then it will become more popular .

3- put the post link into the photo you use in this post ” you can use small font to do that ” so the reader will try to check the post source so you get more active readers in your site

4- when you write a post you can refer to another post on your blog or forum then the reader will check this post ” you will link the post with other posts ” as some bloggers use related posts plugin or related threads product in vb ” vBulletin ” forums , so when someone copy the post he will copy the post link which you included into the post .

5- make a unique posts and threads will bring you good and targeted traffic also will attract internet users to quote your post and copy it then you can invest this situation to get more goals.
